Improvements on performance of T2T's for 6G Functionality

Symptoms
Customer tested 6G Functionality and would require improvements on the below T2T's .
Current Behavior :
Right now, for the S.DC lines, the entire logic for rep line classification as well for other attributes is present in the T2T insert statement which is over 1000 lines of code. This approach may have considerable impact on the performance of the T2Ts and it is very challenging to debug or interpret the business code.
Expected behavior :
Customer request to please move the reclassification to the rules for the below T2Ts.
