Symptoms

Failure to apply discounts on purchase Orders as the ORDDSCNT (Apply Deal Discounts to Purchase Orders) batch fails.

Error

Segmentation fault(coredump)
OCI-21503: program terminated by fatal error
OCI-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 2520 bytes (Alloc environm,alloc statement hndl)

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Discounts configuration for the suppliers.
2. Batch End of day execution.
3. Execute the job ORDDSCNT.
4. Check the error Segmentation fault (coredump)
