Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) up to an including 15.0.0.0, hlrIF.sh/hlrInterface installs with all levels of debug enabled:
The hlrInterface is enabled in SLEE.cfg and also does not contain any log rotation entries so if unattended, could eventually fill up the entire /IN filesystem.
This utility is used for testing Location Capabilities Pack (LCP) and acts as a dummy Home Location Register (HLR).
