Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Layaway sale Transactions are not sending late sale adjustment to RMS

A Layaway transaction is created with item less than transaction level in Store Inventory Management (SIM) for an item-location.When processing sale for layaway order with transaction date before stock count authorization but sale processing after authorization of stock count, the fulfillment record processed to SIM,however it didn't reduce stock in SIM and the customer layaway order still remains open. And store_item_stock_history table only recording sale record,no late sale sale record present in store item stock history. And no late sale adjustment sent to RMS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Late sale adjustment should have been sent to RMS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a simple layaway transaction from POS using pos transaction webservice for reserving some quantity
2. Create stock count for an item in SIM for next day
3. Authorize the stock count without pressing update snapshot button.
4. Now process the sale for that laway order with transaction date time before stock count authorization.
5. SALE transaction processed to SIM but no late sale record created in Store_item_stock_history.
6. No change in fulfillment order tables, order remains open
7. No late sale adjustment sent to RMS
