Multiple Errors Upgrading From 18.8 Using DBSETUP (Doc ID 2954359.1)

When running dbsetup, to upgrade an 18.8.x EPPM database to a 20.12 (or later release), multiple errors can occur.

These errors occur even though the 18.8.x schema validation is clean.

ERROR

Cannot drop the index RSRCOVERALLOC.ndx_rsrcoveralloc_rsrc_id, because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
