MDO: Why Are Some Items Displaying Default Effective Date (01/01/2001) Instead of the Correct Date? (Doc ID 2954421.1)

Goal

User is seeing items with an incorrect (default) effective date in Oracle Retail Markdown Optimization. The date shows of 01-01-2001 instead of the expected value of 06-18-2023. Other items from the same class have the correct date. How can we troubleshoot this?
