Event Details In Blank For Matches Generated By Custom Matching Rules (Doc ID 2954825.1)

Issue: It is noticed that alerts with matches generated by custom jurisdiction code 'NC' are no longer displaying the event details.

Step1: Create a new custom jurisdiction code "NC"
Step2: Create alerts with respect to jurisdiction "NC" in CS application
Step3: Open the alert and verify the events

Actual Behavior:
Events are not visible in alert summary screen

Expected Behavior:
Events should be visible in event summary screen
