ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lease Step Payments Income Projection Report - Residual Issue
User created the Lease Quarterly step payments as given in the attached Request xml that has Residual 65.2352. And found that the Income Projection Report's End Netbook Value is not ending with the Residual of the Lease.
When user tried to create the Lease with same data but Annual cycle, the residual looks correct.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Income Projection Report's End Netbook Value should be ending with the Residual value when the lease is defined as quarterly step payments. Which is working fine with Annual cycle.
