Goal

The goal of this note is to provide direction on how to resolve an issue where batches fail with the error described below.


ERROR

ng service start: ServiceInfo(Id=0, Name=Cluster, Type=Cluster

    ActualMemberSet=MemberSet(Size=0


The error occurred after the upgrade from ORMB 2.8 to 4.0.  The error does not occur daily.
