Symptoms

While upgrading from BRM 7.5 PS22 to BRM 12 PS6:

During testing bill_run with production copy data, it fails in pin_deferred_acts where schedule object calls PCM_OP_TCF_APPLY_PARAMETER.


There is no core file but the below stack trace is seen in cm.pinlog
