Goal

On NCC 12.0.4.0.0 version,

While testing VOLTE Calls via MIPT Utility by sending Credit-Control Requests (CCR-Initial, CCR-Update and CCR-Terminate requests), it is observed that the CCR-Terminate request is getting failed with Result Code 5012 (DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY). The scenario is working fine when tested by passing an INITIAL + TERMINATE
