Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post MTC11 Message

Step 2 : Check if alert is generate.

Issue Encountered :

User reported error with MTC11 as below

While posting MTC11 SWIFT message we are getting error as "Message is not valid".

com.oracle.ofss.parser.swift.exceptions.SwiftServiceException: Tag Name : 20 Invalid Format , Format should be 16x, Value : Transaction Reference Number (16x) is not matching
