Manage Replenishment Attributes - Location Search Popup - Fail to convert to internal representation (Doc ID 2956026.1)

There is a problem with the popup for location search within the Manage Replenishment Attributes screen.
The problem happens with some combination of pushing search plus moving the scroll and shows an error "Fail to convert to internal representation".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tasks -> Replenishment -> Manage replenishment attribute screen.
2. Search Location -> Search and select: Location screen.
3. Move the scroll up and down and press the search button.
4. Appears error 'Fail to convert to internal representation'.
