SyncPDC Is Failing After Upgrading To PDC 12 PS8 (Doc ID 2956237.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC) 12.0.0.8.0 version,

SyncPDC is failing after upgrading to PDC 12 PS8

Here Customer have upgraded from PDC 11 PS10 to PDC 12 PS8 and they have followed the phased upgrade i.e from PDC 11 PS10 -> PDC 11 PS12 -> PDC 12 PS8. They have performed the upgrade using existing schema data and the upgrade was successful. They have also done BRM upgrade from BRM 7.5 to BRM 12 PS8.

PDC Weblogic is running and also RRE/BRE are running. But when they perform this step to run SyncPDC, it is failing with the below Errors.
