Unable To Login In Payment Tool (Doc ID 2956244.1)

On environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) on which SSL is not enabled, one has installed Payment Tool thick client on his Personal Computer (PC) and trying to start the client application.
When logging in to Payment Tool, the following error is popping up, even using correct user credentials.
