Goal

On : 16.0.3 version

Need to create Read Only Role in RMS

We have request from the Business to Provide RMS Read Only Access for Outsource Consultants , as We don't have such Access, we need to create a new one.
For that we are not sure what exact privileges needs to be assigned for the newly created role, so needed help for the same.
