Goal

1. At any given time, if we have received usage request from many customers (100+), all are having huge audit counts (of subscriptions). What will be the behavior of Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) rating and CPU/Memory consumption?
2. Same rating product had been purchased multiple times along with other rating products with same priority. How ECE will decide to pick one for the rating?
3. Is there any way, where we can restrict the balance impact from ECE, if there is no credit profile available.
