Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When logging into Team Member, the 'My Activities' page intermittently does not load successfully.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The 'My Activities' page to load successfully every time.

STEPS

The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but does occur intermittently with the following steps:

1.  Login to Team Member.
2.  Observe the 'My Activities' page does not load.
3.  Click on Application Settings page.
4.  Click on 'My Activities' page.
3.  After clicking multiple times on the 'My Activities' page, it will load intermittently.
