On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.3 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A new discrepancy created from a Validation Check was changed from "Candidate, Needs DM review" to "Open, Send to EDC", with a blank TAG_NAME.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the TAG_NAME to be set to ''Sent to EDC''.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Update a Validation Check to trigger queries in 'Open, Send to EDC' status.
2. Submit the Validation Check.
