Symptoms

Showing formatted name of the insured person suddenly requires extra access in JET.

OHI Component: Claims Administration
OHI Version: 3.22.2.0.7
In the custom claims floor plan the formatted name of the insured person is added and now suddenly OHI expects an access restriction to be added for Insurable Entity Types (FN0063 insurableentitytypes JET). If this access restriction is not added, the floor plan doesn't load.
This is highly undesirable because it will also cause a new menu option to be available for these users. And these are normally claims operators so they should not have access to this screen at all. Not even in read-only mode.
In the attachment you will find the fragment of the floor plan.
If some additions of items to a floor plan require extra access restrictions, it should at least be clear which ones these are! But on the other hand this should be transparent because it may not lead to entire screens being made available suddenly while the only purpose is adding 1 field to a claims floor plan.
