Removing Operation From A Role Behavior (Doc ID 2958067.1)

Goal

When removing an operation from a role by selecting View Subtypes by : Role' in Subtypes (Security) tab multiple rows are getting added in the CDR_SUBTYPE_OPR_ROLES_A table - meaning a bunch of roles get added and then removed with the same modified date. When selecting View Subtypes by : Operation, it just creates one row.
Is this expected?
