Symptoms
After generating an initial Medwatch report, then creating a follow up (F/U) report, generating the F/U converts the F/U into an initial report.
This only occurs with Medwatch reports.
1) Schedule an initial report
2) Generate the report (Must be a Medwatch form)
3) Schedule a F/U report on top of initial report.
4) Without submitting initial report, generate F/U 1 report.
Notice that F/U 1 was generated and is now displayed as initial.
