Symptoms

Event List blank for Batch Cases

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the application.

2. Go to alert summary page.

3. Click on alert.

4. Perform actions and promote to case.

5. Case will be generated in ECM.

6. Go to ECM

7. click on real time screening.

 

Expected result:
The event details should be visible.

Actual result:
The Event details are blank
