System Label Deleted Using Split Container Screen While Picks are Still Remaining (Doc ID 2958263.1)

Symptoms

The system PICK_TO_CONTAINER_ID label gets deleted which are still in the Pick Directive. After deleting the label, the user is unable to finish picking. The only way to overcome is to purge the wave and get a new one

Steps To Recreate:
1. Get case Picking (CF) with system labels. It must have at least 2 items for one container.
2. Start Picking, Pick the first item and leave the operation.
3. Use the Picked container in a split operation, split all the stock of the container, deleting it.
4. Return to the Picking operation, try to terminate the Picking got in the first point. Get a message "Invalid Container".
