Unable To Zip Files Exported From Extract Connectors Of DIH-AHCS (Doc ID 2958467.1)

Symptoms

On : DIH 8.1.2 and above versions,

Unable to execute OOB batch to upload the ZIP file

ERROR

in output file:

Created Metadata file...
Checking for files '<SLA>'_H_'<MISDATE>'.csv <SLA>'_L_'<MISDATE>'csv and Metadata_<SLA>.txt files..
All Files Not Present..

STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to execute the batch that generates the ZIP file and uploads to UCM
2. Once the batch is executed, navigate to batch monitor screen ,and verify the task status that generates the zip file.

the status is shown as Error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the UCM upload file status.
