Target Rejection Threshold Feature Not Working In DIH (Doc ID 2958484.1)

Last updated on JULY 05, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Data Integration Hub - Version 8.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Target threshold rejection functionality to load the error records into is not working for a direct connector ( i.e where there is only one source and target and no other transformations)
Even if we set a threshold value in the connector properties and execute , it doesn’t insert error records into _DIERR table.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
1) Create a direct load connector with one File source and Target
2) in the connector properties input some non zero value in the Target rejection threshold field.
3) publish and execute

Note : ensure there are errors records in the source file that fail on inserting into the target table.

as per the section Using Target Rejection Threshold in Guide.pdf

once executing the connector, it should insert records into <TargetTable>_DIERR table but it is not happening in this case.

Post Fresh Installation of DIH 8.1.2
