Symptoms

Need to generate matches for the Passport for the cs batches

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the OFSAA applicaiton.

2.. Go to Batch scheduler

3. Run the CS batch.

Expected result:

Matches should generate  for the passport.

Actual result:

The matches are not generated for the passport
