Fiscal-Arrears: Last stub days are coming 1 day extra

In the following scenario, the lease calculator is giving 61 stub days instead of 60 stub days in the last billing. attached the screen shots of lease calculator input and results.

Contract Start Date: 01-Mar-2023
First Payment Date: 31-Mar-2023
Rent Collection Type: Arrears
Billing Cycle: Quarterly
