Customer Name Appearing Incorrectly In Zipper Alert List Page (Doc ID 2958842.1)

Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce Problem

Step 1 : Login as CSAnalyst

Step 2 : Check for Primary name of alert

Step 3 : Check for Full name under customer details section.

Expected Behavior :

Primary name should be populated based on the value present in fcc_zcs_cust table

Actual behavior :

Primary name is displayed based on fcc_zcs_entity_alerts - PRIMARY_NAME which has difference as mentioned in the screenshot.

User reported that customer name is not correctly displayed in alert page.
