When Creating POs Using PO Split Functionality, The Ordloc.unit_cost_init Column Is Being Null Upon (Doc ID 2958885.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating POs using PO split functionality, the ordloc.unit_cost_init column is being null upon approving the new POs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ordloc.unit_cost_init column should not be null upon approving the new POs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step1 -Create a PO in worksheet status for and item and supplier with having scaling and Truck split setup.
Step2 - Split the PO from Mange order screen.
Step3 - Approve one by one all the new Pos which have been created using this split functionality.
Step4 - Notice in the backend table ordloc, the column unit_cost_init column doesn't have the cost.
