5G|| CHF CDR UsedUnitContainer.pDUContainerInformation.timeofLastUsage Is Not As Per 3GPP Specifications (Doc ID 2959035.1)

Goal

Currently, the 5G|| Charging Function Call Details Record (5G||CHF CDR) usedUnitContainer.pDUContainerInformation.timeofLastUsage flag is not as per 3GPP specifications.

The values populated inside 5G unrated CDR for usedUnitContainer.pDUContainerInformation.timeofLastUsage is that of the timestamp of opening record. Ideally, the value needs to be updated with that of request which resulted in closing of Used-Service-Units (USU) instance.

As per 3GPP TS 32.255 Table 6.2.1.3.1 - Time of Last Usage must be the Timestamp when the last transmitted IP packet of the service data flow matching the current used unit container.
