Unable to Retrieve the Deployment Status and Log on CD (Doc ID 2959112.1)

Symptoms

 CD is unable to retrieve the deployment status and log from InForm due to the error -Unable to retrieve status for deployment “deploymentid”. Status changed from ''Unknown'' to ''Failed'' after   100 unsuccessful deployment polling attempts.

And on InForm Event logs the below error can be found -

DeploymentWS Error: System.ArgumentException: Requested value 'Warning' was not found. at System.Enum.TryParseEnum(Type enumType, String value, Boolean ignoreCase, EnumResult& parseResult) at Oracle.InForm.WS.DeploymentWS.DeploymentWS.GetDeploymentLog(String deploymentId, String lastKnownMsgIdStr, String pageSizeStr)
