Symptoms
Unable to take bulk update action for events. The menu is appearing as grey out.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the alert list screen and open the alert
2. Select the events and check the Bulk Update option
Actual Behavior:
The Bulk Update option is greyed out
Expected Behavior:
User to have access to perform bulk update
