Document Referenced Library (DRL) Not Keeping Existing Older Documents Even When Selecting "Keep existing" Option (Doc ID 2959709.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add a document to the Document Referenced Library (DRL) that already existed (the same name), the application asks for "Keep existing" or "Replace existing". Even when picking "Keep existing", it still replaces the existing file.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to Portal
2. Navigate to DRL
3. Click Create New icon
4. Fill in mandatory fields. Then, click Save & Close
5. Click Edit Mode
6. In Attachments section, click Add File(s) button Upload any file (e.g. .doc, .xls,.pdf, etc.)
7. Fill in details on all columns of the uploaded entry
8. Click Add File(s) button
9. Upload the same file uploaded in Step 7
10. DRL is not able to keep older documents
