Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version,
 
ACP utility started to error with a heap space error.

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
at java.io.ObjectInputStream$HandleTable.grow(ObjectInputStream.java:3835)
at java.io.ObjectInputStream$HandleTable.assign(ObjectInputStream.java:3642)
at java.io.ObjectInputStream.readOrdinaryObject(ObjectInputStream.java:2060)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. RUN ACP
2. Observe Error

Due to this issue, customer cannot use ACP.
