pending construction tags are not visible

for pending construction objects, the viewer is not displaying any pending construction conditions

Hi Aaron,
On our NMS south model Prod (per Prod environment) pending commissioning and decommissioning tags on pending devices are not displaying.

Now this issue is happening on this whole environment; we couldn't find any tags on whole environment and device are displaying when pending device are set to hide.

last week we ran DBcleanup command on this environment at that it brings those missing tags back worked as expected. but now when we try DBcleanup command it didn't work and returning no changes were made.

We have run DBcleanup command on South prod environment, So far No issue on Prod.
