Symptoms

Unable to assign a service package to an existing user.

The following error occurs while assigning a service package to an existing user: “ Save Operation Failed”
During an initial investigation, the following error was observed in the logs:
 


Despite the above error, there is no duplicate id present within LDAP that could be found.
