Symptoms

When attempting to install P6 Professional via ClickOnce while at home and off their company's VPN network, the installation or upgrade is successful and the following error is found in the C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\<Local OR Roaming>\Temp\2\Primavera.CacheService.log file:

P6Professional.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected: deploy did not succeed.
The operation has timed out.
Following errors were detected during this operation.
System.Deployment.Application.DeploymentDownloadException (Unknown subtype)
P6Files/imglib.dll.deploy did not succeed.
Inner Exception
System.Net.WebException
The operation has timed out.
