Goal

Why does Shift cells down in application not functioning in 6.2.4?

Steps
1. Log in to P4P application
2. Search for Spec
3. Go to nutrient profile spec.
4. Select edit tab and now try hit down key tab to shift the editable text in a nutrient text cell
