Symptoms
Steps to reproduce :
Step 1 : Login as CS Admin
Step 2 : Execute the CS batch
Step 3 : Check if the data is completely loaded into cs_watchlist.
Issue Encountered :
Some records about alerts/hits are not populated in CS_WATCHLIST table where an alert is raised.
This problem impact in the alert movement from CS to TF, and alerts can't be managed in zipper.
