MSS 6.3.1 version, PSR
 

When users create a change/disconnect order for a Bandwidth or Virtual Connection from the Customer Profile window, if the item spec id of the Bandwidth or Virtual is lower than the item spec id of its parent, the application responds with the below constraint error.
