Updating Baseline Project the Job Fails With the Error "The DELETE Statement Conflicted With the Reference Constraint - FK_TASK_CALENDAR" (Doc ID 2961448.1)

Symptoms

In P6 Professionial while updating baseline project the job fails with the error "The DELETE statement conflicted with the reference constraint "FK_TASK_CALENDAR".  Other View Log errors seen below.

ERROR

Prism.Modularity.ModuleTypeLoadingExcepton: Failed to load type for module CommandLineModule. Error was: An exception occurred while initializing module 'CommandLineModule'. System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Threading.Tasks.Task'1.
- The exception message was: One or more errors occurred.  The Assembly that the module was trying to be loaded was: Primavera.Mercury.CommandLineModule, Version=20.12.2.38548, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null

 

STEPS
--------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Create a new project
    2. Add a new activity and with actual start
    3. Create a project calendar and assign it to the activity
    4. Create Baseline
    5. For perform any of the following actions on project calendar, e.g.,:
     -Move the project calendar to global calendar
     -Rename the project calendar
     -Assign a different calendar to the activity and delete the project calendar
    6. Update the baseline (Without selecting any options from baseline update options)
