Symptoms

NMS Service Alert

We have set up service alerts for specific priority customers if the customer is out for longer than 2 hours. The issue with service alerts does not take into account situations involving a partial restoration.

If the priority customer has been  restored and the main event not restored,  then two hours later an alert is sent stating the priority customer is out even though they were already before the 2 hour duration passed.
