Slow Login to Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) From Creo Through MCAD Connector (Doc ID 2962024.1)

Symptoms

When launching Creo 9 and connecting to Agile through the Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD) connector, the login screen appears in normal manner.  After the user enters their credentials, the screen hangs with "Login: connecting..." for a long time.  Workstations in the same network in the US may take 5 to 10 minutes to connect, whereas users in India across a Wide Area Network (WAN) are taking 1 to 2 hours to connect.   On prior releases of the same software it would take 5 to 10 minutes to login from India.

Changes

 Upgrade to MCAD release 3.6.4.5 and Creo 9.
