Expunge Action Should Record The Expunge Date/time And The System Flag Information In The Store.exp File (Doc ID 2962280.1)

Symptoms

On: Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.1.0.6.20200729 64bit (built Jul 29 2020)

This is a request for the EXPUNGE action to record the expunge date/time and the system flag information in the store.exp file.
The "imcheck -e" command could (or could have a new option to) list the expunge date and flag info for each message.
The "mboxutil -R" command should use that information and restore the flag info (excluding the \Deleted flag).
