FCT Tables Are Not Populated Through FN_ALM_BI_TRANSFORMATION (Doc ID 2962529.1)

Symptoms

When running ALMBI transformation FN_ALM_BI_TRANSFORMATION, FCT tables (ie: FCT_AGG_CONS_CCY_CASHFLOWS) are not populated even though there are results in RES_DTL_xxx and CONS_DTL_xxx.

Error:

No error found in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG but it shows 0 record count loaded.

Update of FCT_ALM_GAP_LIMIT_DTL successful. Total records merged: 0

Steps To Replicate:
1. Ran ALM process successfully and RES_DTL_xxx and CONS_DTL_xxx are populated.
2. Ran ALM BI Transformation via Batch.
