Tax Code With More Than 5 Split Is Not Working

Symptoms
Customer is not able to configure tax splits more than 5 in numbers - the requirement is to have 11.5% final taxation and is split like this: 5%, 2%, 1%, 1%, 1%, 1% and 0.5%.
Moreover, it was observed that only unique taxes are considered and duplicates are ignored. In this example, will apply only 1% instead of 4% (1%,1%,1%,1%).
However, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) still allows splits of taxes as fed by the Billing and Revenue Manager/Pricing and Design Center (BRM|PDC) system, even if it is more than 5, but it is working up to 5 splits only.
Is there a way to resolve it?
