Item Supplier - RMS 16.0.3, nulls values for PALLET_NAME, CASE and INNER
PALLET_NAME, CASE and INNER are coming nulls in the item induction file because of which it's failing with errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. download the template for "LE Item SUpplier Data"
2. add supplier details to the template for an item which has a parent associated with the supplier already but leave PALLET NAME, CASE NAME and INNER NAME blank
