Acollect Failed to Run With NullPointerException in SdkCollector Task in Acollect_Log.txt (Doc ID 2963044.1)

Symptoms

Acollect failed to run.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run Acollect.
  2. Received the following errors in Acollect_Log.txt:
    exec-sdk:
    [SdkCollector] File /u01/fmw12c/softwares/acollect/bin/../logs/SDK/ServerAPIProperties.txt was created
    [SdkCollector] Executing request: GET http://*****.*****.com:7001/Agile/ServerAPIProperties HTTP/1.1
    [SdkCollector] HTTP response code for http://*****.*****.com:7001/Agile/ServerAPIProperties: HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    [SdkCollector] Response content length: -1
    [SdkCollector] Form-based authentication required
    [SdkCollector] context url=http://*****.*****:80/Agile/default
    [SdkCollector] Error saving property sys.agile.version.stringto properties file ../work/sys.properties. Error:null
    [SdkCollector] java.lang.NullPointerException
    [SdkCollector] at java.util.Hashtable.put(Hashtable.java:460)
    [SdkCollector] at java.util.Properties.setProperty(Properties.java:166)
