UIM GUI - Engineering Work Orders Link Fails (Doc ID 2963450.1)

We are currently facing an issue with UIM gui. When Engineering Work Orders link is pressed we are getting a blank screen and the following.

"An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information."

In logs we can see the following:
